TITP is a training program where you gain technical skills in Japan as an intern. SSW is a work visa category that allows skilled workers to work in Japan after passing language and skills test.

Yes, Both programs require basic Japanese proficiency ( N4 or above for TITP, and N4-N3 for SSW). Don’t worry, We offer full language training.

It depends on your preparation, but generally 6-12 months from enrolments to departure.

What is SSW programme

The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program is a Japanese government initiative that allows foreign nationals with designated skills to work in Japan, aiming to address labor shortages in sectors like caregiving, construction, agriculture, and manufacturing.


What should I do so I can work

In order to work under a Specified Skilled Worker (i) status of residence, you need to pass a Japanese language test and a skills proficiency test, get a job offer from Japanese company, apply for a visa with the COE, and then you can legally work for up to five years.

Getting company support
